Declaration of Trust filed at Registry of Charitable Trust, Department of Justice, CA. Trust No. CT#: 037364 https://oag.ca.gov/charitie Contributions to this TRUST are tax deductible by the donors to the extent of 50% of the donors adjusted gross income. (after IRS Letter of Determination soon requested) (85% of all contribution's used for program's).
BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT R/D&D
(a) To promote, stimulate, develop, and advance the business prosperity and economic welfare of California and its citizens;
(b) To encourage and assist through loans, investments or other business transactions in the location of new business and industry in this state and to rehabilitate and assist existing business and industry;
(c) To stimulate and assist in the expansion of all kinds of business activity which will tend to promote the business development and maintain the economic stability of this state, provide maximum opportunities for employment, encourage thrift, and improve the standard of living of the citizens of this state;
(d) To cooperate and act in conjunction with other organizations, public or private, in the promotion and advancement of industrial, commercial, agricultural, and recreational developments in this state;
(e) To provide financing for the promotion, development, and conduct of all kinds of business activity in this state.
